Tournament Rules
TIPS TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR ATTENDING
- Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled game to allow ample time for soccer players, coaches and parents to walk from the parking lot to the playing fields.
- NO DROPOFFS! Please do not stop in or along the driveways to drop off players or unload items from your vehicle. This slows the flow of traffic and our intention with the parking lot design is to keep vehicles moving and not clog up the roadway.
- No parking along the roads (Buell St., Skyline Dr. or any streets near the park) for safety purposes and to allow for emergency vehicles to pass through. All parking is located in the grassy area next to the church on Buell St.
- Bring a wagon or cart for transporting items such as chairs, soccer equipment, etc. to the soccer field. If you are in need of help getting from the parking lot to the playing fields, please inform one of the parking attendants and a golf cart can transport you to/from the parking area.
- Cell phone service and/or wifi does not work very well in the area of the tournament. It may be best to know in advance the game time and field number in case you’re not able to access the tourney app or website. If you need help locating a field, please ask at registration or someone driving the golf carts.
- Be prepared for any type of weather! It could rain, snow, sleet or be sunny & warm. Sometimes all of the above in one day!
- Please try not leave any items behind and overload our lost & found.
- Please bring cash for our 50/50, basket raffle, and vendors. Not all can accept other forms of payment, especially if internet service is not available.
- Vendors are available with a variety of food items to choose from.
- Please, please, please be courteous to our parking attendants and tournament staff! They are all volunteering their time and effort, not only during but in the weeks leading up to our tournament, in order to provide a safe and pleasant experience for everyone attending.
- Most of all, we hope you enjoy our tournament! Thank you for joining us!
