Avengers U10 boys reveal brand identity for 2025 and beyond

AKRON, NY. – The Akron Avengers today revealed a new crest and brand identity that will go into effect as the club’s primary logo ahead of the 2025 travel soccer season.

The Avengers’ new logo and identity are the culmination of several months’ work that began with hearing directly from the players. The club enlisted an independent third party to conduct focus groups consisting of members of Akron Soccer, coaches and players, to elicit feedback about what the U10 boys travel soccer in Akron should represent. The resounding feedback informed the process that resulted in the evolution of the club’s identity unveiled today.

The brand new boys travel team’s logo features a stylized “A”, invoking the club’s name as well as the Village it plays in, in a style reminiscent of the comic book group with the same name.  The “A” is backgrounded by a stylized soccer ball, which includes zip ribbons to appear in motion.

“The consensus rang loud and clear – each design presented had interest,” added Jamie Kingsland, Akron Soccer board member. “But this design was the favorite throughout the design process. We are thrilled with the result and look forward to seeing this new identity come to life on the field and out in the community for years to come.”
